Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I started MCLD 10 days ago and happy to continuing for one more week, (only because i am going away in 3 weeks time on holiday), my question is if i am continuing for another 2 weeks is 1 week sufficient to get back to normal eating or i should allow myself longer that 1 week? I am new to this forum, so any feedback will be good. Tried to order the book, but online store is having some problem. Thank you

I dont want to give you the wrong information as everyone's body is different.

I can tell you from my experiences when I did the master cleanse. I have done 3 of them and I'm on my 4th one. I have never eased into a master cleanse and I have never really eased out of them. I would drink more fluids and have more natural juices, freshly squeezed grapefruits and oranges and have more soup but I have had solids following the next day and nothing happened to me. I did make sure to put probiotics into my system as someone told me it is very important. I also didnt stuff myself. It took very little food to fill me up and I had enough of eating.

But I did also read that it is very dangerous to do what I did and it can make your system go into shock and you can die from it. So i would advice you should ease into it at least few days. I'm assuming 1 week is enough but depends on your body. This time I'm planning on "juicing" for few days before actually eating solids.

I'm on day 6 only and planning to do it for 20 days.

Thank you for your reply, i am doing very well, no problem at all. I am planning to came off on the 2nd of June after 14 days of MCLD ,just two weeks before my holiday so this will give me 2 weeks gradually back to normal with the juice on the first day, following juice with fruit, and then juice with vegetable soup before going away. So far i lost 2.5 kg. I will do MCLD in the next few months, but next time i am planning to do 3 or 4 weeks to get all benefits. Good luck with yours and thank you again for the reply
