psyllium husk w/the Master Cleanse

Hi,

I'm currently on day 4 of this diet and just learned that I should be taking some kind of laxative. Well....I haven't done it for the past 3 days, so does that mean that the past 3 days it didnt count? I also wanted to know how psyllium i am suppose to be taking in?

Hi there

No laxatives on the Master's cleanse.
In the morning drink the salt water flush ~ this will clean you out. 4 cups of warm water with 2 Tsp of UNiodized salt.
In the evening you drink a herbal laxative tea.
Through out the day you drink the lemonade mixture. One glass of water, 2 T of grade B Maple syrup and 2 T organic lemon or lime juice. Squeezed and strained and a pinch or two of Cayenne Pepper.
That is it!
