Hi all,
I'm on day 5, and yesterday evening I had a horrible headache. I went to sleep early because of it, but woke up in the middle of the night dizzy, in pain, could not sit still because the pain was so bad it seemed to help if I paced. It was bad. I was not a coffee drinker prior to the cleanse. It was probably the toxins, or too much acidity.
Anyways, I slipeed up. I took ib profen. Had to do it. Pain was that bad. I was able to go back to sleep an hour later and today I am fine.
The question is.. Did I just ruin the cleanse for the next 5 days? Will it be like starting over from the beginning because of the ib profen I took?

I think you are good to continue on. I also bet you are passed the hardest part of the cleanse. For some reason days 1, 3 and 5 seem to be the roughest. Hang in there. Glad to have you cleansing with us! Start a journal so we can follow along with you. It really does help to have the support of others :D KIm

I know this is an old post but what does it mean if I am not having terrible symptoms yet? I am on day 5. I did have some intense pain last night and can feel it coming back today but I guess I was expecting it to be even worse than this.

Is anyone on this site anymore?
