Cayenne Pepper Pills

I have a hard time getting past day 3 because of the cayenne pepper. Is taking Cayenne capsules as affective and do I take one with each class the lemonade drink during the day?

HI there...I say yes to every glass. I like the pills over the powder. I've done the cleanse both ways. I can't tell any difference with my experience except my lips don't get chapped and spicy...lol The 3rd day is hard for me too. As long as you have your glass of lemonade prepared before you take the pill you'll be fine. It takes about 10-15 mins for that pill to dissolve it's shell and start heating your stomach. I will guzzle 1/2-3/4 of my glass to flood my stomach so the cayenne does't overpower me with it's burn. Have you tried that? Cat

By pills, I think gelcaps is what is really meant here. So, no hard coating, etc.

But it's a gelatinous shell, so that might be a no-no during the cleanse.

I'd say stick with the powder. If it's too rough, add more water to the lemonade, which I believe is a-ok.
