Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi Everyone,

I'm on day two, just did my second SWF a few hours ago. For the second time I've had some bowel movements, but I still feel bloated and constipated. Before starting this cleanse I had no problems with elimination, but now I feel uncomfortable and constipated. I definitely have not expelled all of the salt water.

Does this get better as the cleanse goes on? What is happening? I've done senna tea at night and followed all of the instructions.

yes it gets better. even if you wernt too blicked up before (just guessing here) but it seems like sometimes when everything gets loosened up it can take a bit before your body is ready to let go. also try altering your salt measurement uf it doesnt get better. everyones body is different so you might need a higher dose of salt than some. any ajusting in that area should be done CAREFULLY dont up it too far or you will geel aweful. bit minor shifts can make all the difference.
