Is anyone doing the cleanse right now? I am on day 27 and up until the past few days it has been very easy. I am starting to have hunger pains during the day even after drinking 16oz of the mix and water. I feel so full with liquid but still crave food sometimes. Not sure why because that hasn't been the case this whole time. I cook for my family everyday and have no problems with that. It's when I'm watching a movie and start wanting snacks. I don't plan to go back to eating how I used to but I need to get rid of wanting certain foods. Can someone who has done a longer cleanse give me some tips on what they have done or point me in the right direction?
