1st Cleanse - Need some support

I have been experiencing some abdominal pains. Not like movement pains but gut wrenching pains. Is this normal? I am on Day5.

I've had abdominal pains mostly after taking the laxative tea or before a BM. I found it helps to lay on your right side and it helps to speeds things up.

Thank you! I am still experiencing the pain, although not as bad today as yesterday. Hoping it is just detox pains?

It was the senna tea that was bothering me.
