Salt water flush (I just absorb it)

Hello, I am in my 2nd go at the master cleanse - last done 42 days a couple of years ago and now feel like a good time to have another.

So, following all the guides I have been chugging a litre of natural spring water with pink Himalayan sea salt and other recommended salt.
Day 1: 3 level teaspoons pink salt (same as 1 tablespoon)
Nothing!
Day 2: 2.5 teaspoons pink salt
Nothing

Day 3: 2.5 teaspoons (alternate sea salt)
Nothing

Day 4: ? Might try 2 teaspoons

Day 5: if 2 teaspoons still don't work I may have to go for 3.5
and then 4!!

I've also drunk recommended amounts of lemonade and the senna lax tea at night - also done the recommended exercise/yoga but up to now I'm just retaining it all.

Previously on my last cleanse I had the Same issues although it did kick in eventually (I did th flush every morning )

Wonder if my body 'needs' the salt as I've not had much salt in my diet.

I realise there's loads of posts about this but most seem to just stop. I will carry on as worked out ok last time. But any tips/advice appreciated.

On Day 6 now: 4 teaspoons (3 non iodide hand harvested sea salt+1 pink himalayan sea salt )
Nothing.

Done exercise/yoga moves etc.
I'm still just absorbing it.

tomorrow 5 teaspoons?

Just curious why you are using different salts?

I just use (per what the book says) 2 teaspoons of uniodized sea salt in 32 ounces warm water. Within an hour and a half its all coming out.

I have had a few times it didn't work for some reason but I can't imagine using as much salt as you are going to...Yikes!

If your morning saltwater is not doing the job it's intended, perhaps you should consider taking the tea in the morning in addition to at night to make sure you are getting the necessary cleansing accomplished.

I almost never do the salt. I just don't like it… I don't like the way it tastes and sometimes it comes back out but once in a while it doesn't and then I retain it and hold water… If it isn't working for you it's ok to just use the tea.
