Hi there,

Monday was my first day starting and my first time doing the cleanse. I am on day 4 just like you and seem to be struggling today! On day 4 are you suppose to be THIS hungry! I'm like craving everything edible! I've decided I'm gonna do this regardless of my cravings but I'm struggling today. Kinda wish I found this site before today...

I started Monday, not as bad as I thought it would be. The thing that is probably helping me is that I blend most of the time. About 70/30 split. I don't feel "hangry" and actually have more energy than I thought. BUT, I thought I would lose more weight. I am 44, 5'10", 250 lbs. I have list 3 pounds since Monday. I heard it may be the salt water. Gonna stop that tomorrow and see where it goes from there. Good luck to you!
