Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I saw on her that someone suggested drinking less lemonade and more water on this thing is better, as far as more detoxing? That got me thinking, is it the lemonade the detoxing element or just the lack of digestion along with bowel movement and peeing? If that is the case I can see why drinking water would help and the lemonade concoction is more just to give you the nutrients you need and calories to sustain? I have no idea and was wondering is anyone else knew?

I think the lemonade acts a loosening or cleaning agents and the water flushing everything out. I know we can cut down on the maple syrup to loose weight.

No, actually the opposite is true. The lemon juice pulls toxins out. Plain water doesn't do that to the same degree. So the more lemonade you drink, the faster the detoxification.
