 Post subject: Starting Cleanse with a cold and sore throat - any advice?

I planned on starting a 10 day cleanse today. I woke up with a minor cold, sore throat. Any thoughts regarding this? Should I wait till it's over? Can being on the cleanse with a cold be helpful? I'd appreciate any thoughts.

I know I'm really late, but I hope you started your cleanse. I'm currently doing a MC with a cold. The colds are usually lessened while on a cleanse/fast. Good luck on future cleanses! 8)
