Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi everyone I'm wanting to try the cleanse but not quite sure what to do. During the cleanse do you not eat at all? Just drink the lemonade and salt water and tea? Is the tea a absolute must?

Yes just the drink - 6 to 12 glasses a day with either 1 or 2 tbsp of maple syrup. I tried to have one every hour or so (had 9 1 tbsp drinks).
The tea is a must because it's laxative (has to be a laxative tea like smoothmove or slimatee) as you won't get normal movements as you're not eating any fibre etc, and the toxins need to be flushed out asap to stop you feeling bad and help with the detox process. You can do a salt water flush in the morning (950 ml/1 quart water with 2 tsp non iodised salt) but I wouldn't recommend that twice a day! It's far easier to just take the tea twice a day. I did it for 10 days and only did the SWF twice. Opinions differ on this however.
