[color=#0000FF][/color] Hi, New in here today and on day 4. So far the salt water flush "flushed" marginally on day 1...in that I had big BM and some fluid came out although not all. Day 2 - had BM - no liquid came out. Day 3 just took laxative and skipped salt flush. Since my stomach now looks full of fluid....guess Im retaining all that lovely stuff. This is traditionally where I retain fluid, in abdomen. Who has had this problem and what did you do about it? Can one use Epsom salt? Im afraid to retain even more fluid and salt. Im a small person with lower blood pressure and heart rate, and doing this mostly for detox and out of curiosity although dont want to harm myself. Im also a nurse so..there are all those scientific facts rolling about in my head about electrolyte balance and heart function...etc. Help. Thanks and wishing you all a great cleanse. Nan

I don't know about Epsom salt, but the most recommended salt is Himalayan salt, which is what I use. Also make sure you use 1L warm filtered water and 2 teaspoons salt. Some people find that they need more salt.
Personally I would just stick to the tea for the first few days and only do the SWF later on.

I second that, my first ever cleanse a few years ago I didn't know about the SWF and still lost 10 lbs in 10 days.

I'm on day 5. Did a SWF on day 1 and 5. Worked but can't be sure it all came out today. I use pink Himalayan salt too. You can pick it up cheap at Pakistani shops in the UK. I've also been putting some in the bath with bicarb (and maybe ginger) every other day (inbetween I use epson salts - from a county store-its used on animals and you can buy in bulk for a lot less than amazon etc).

I have been using Slimatee most mornings but have just reluctantly (I'm tight well thrifty) ordered Smoothmove off amazon prime (free trail) as wont have enough.
