Day 12: my legs and hips hurt. It's making want to quite. I can't sleep because it hurt so bad.can anyone tell me why? I want to make it to day 14 but it's getting to hard

I heard that if you have injured someting in the past it may hurt as the body fixes the last little bit.

The pain went away once I went to bed this morning. it was the worst. I wanted to quite. I make it. I surpassed my goal but now it is getting really hard. Am looking for a green juicing cleanse to follow. I think am going to do simple green smoothly. Today is day 12 my eases out starts Friday night. How are you doing? Hope u feel better than me?

I'm good. Day 10 and last day for me so looking forward to something non-liquid. OJ day tm.
I weighed myself today as couldn't wait. The results so far are on the end of my BM post - just ended being like a jnl for me.
Think i'm going to do the 5.2 diet after and fast on no carbs for 2 days. May leave it a couple of weeks though not sure. I want to get a grip on maintaining first.
