I learned here that Probiotics are essential after the cleanse. Do you start on the OJ day or later? How often and for how long? And what is recommended, and if expensive the best cheap alternative.

Yes, probiotics are important when ending the Master Cleanse. Start on the first transition day. I'd suggest taking probiotics about three times a day. I've used and recommend Primadophilus Bifidus available via My Ultimate Master Cleanse Guide materials (link is below) go into dosages and more detail.
