Question for those of you who have done a MC...What temp do you prefer your SWF and lemonade? Cold, room temp, warm, hot? Other?
I am one of those people who is "always cold" which leads me to believe I may prefer my fluids on the warmer side. We'll see...

Would appreciate hearing the experiences of others!

Thank you!

People generally like the salt water flush warm so it tastes more like soup and is more palatable.

As for the lemonade, I've had it boiling hot and freezing cold, it's all the same after 5 days on the stuff, right? :)

Amii- thank you for your input! I am thinking I will also like the SWF warm...not so sure about the lemonade. I have tasted it in the past (never done a cleanse though) and it was room temp which I thought was okay. I will try it all ways and post here!

Thank you for sharing your expertise! :)
