Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I've done the master cleanse a couple times for ten days, but seem to be having trouble starting up again... I am having some stress issues in day to day life, and think this is why i keep stumbling, does anyone have tips on getting through the first couple "hungry days"

When it comes to hunger, you just need to prepare and drink enough lemonade to nourish yourself enough. Hunger is a sign that you're not drinking enough lemonade. Most people will need to drink far more than the 6-8 cups of it per day than is commonly suggested.

I had the same problem many, many times. I found that when I failed to stay on the cleanse, I beat myself up and felt so disappointed in myself, that I developed a mantra to say when I felt like eating something:

"Clean body, clean colon, clean conscience". It really helps! It reminds me of why I'm doing a cleanse, and that if I stay on track, I won't have to beat myself up later
