Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Quick question to experienced Cleansers. After a 20 day cleanse, is it possible to continue consuming the lemonade during the day and having a healthy vegetarian meal in the evenings? Any experience or advice on doing this?

Yes, you can certainly do that. I'd suggest ending the laxatives and flushes, though. Just be sure to eat plenty of fiber and drink lots of water to keep wastes moving out efficiently. And after a 20 day Master Cleanse, I'd recommend transitioning back to a full normal diet soon to re-nourish your body adequately. Cleansing can be beneficial, but only in proper balance.
