Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hello Everyone! I am on day one of the Lemonade Detox and believe I already made my first "mistake" by mixing 1/2 of my day's drink in a 30 oz Ball jar. I've read that premixing more lemonade that you drink at one time compromises the enzymes from the lemons. The jar I am using is dark purple, so it does block out light, but I am wondering if I should make a lemonade concentrate to take to work. Has anyone done this, and if so what were the portions you mixed to make your daily dose?

Not to worry. I think you're actually doing OK. As long as it's prepared correctly, I've found fresh lemonade to work well for a full day. But a dark container that keeps the lemonade from getting hot or frozen would be best. Mixing the lemon juice with warm or room temperature water doesn't actually harm the enzymes. It's more light and excessive heat or cold that does that.
