Hello, I'm still having some trouble with BMs on day 4 (I am coming from the SAD diet) and I read in the book that I can take a lax tea in the morning along with the SWF to get things moving but I don't know if I would do that before or after the SWF. Also, how much time in between. I'm new here btw, hope someone can help me I'm doing 10 days and really don't want this cleanse to go to waste. Thanks for reading! |

Sorry to hear of your difficulty. It is essential to maintain the daily bowel movements during the Master Cleanse, otherwise the toxins just back up in you and sabotage the cleanse. As for the salt water flush, it's important to not take anything else in within about half an hour before and an hour after the salt water. Otherwise, what you take in may affect the salt water and its flushing effect. Does that help clarify, I hope? |

Hi! Yes that is very helpful thanks because the most i have had is some yellow (bile?) so far and idk even that has been hard to make happen. I will try the lax tea at least a half hr after the SWF now and discontinue once I get things going. |
