Quick question to experienced Cleansers. After a 20 day cleanse, is it possible to continue consuming the lemonade during the day and having a healthy vegetarian meal in the evenings? Any experience or advice on doing this? |

Yes, you can certainly do that. I'd suggest ending the laxatives and flushes, though. Just be sure to eat plenty of fiber and drink lots of water to keep wastes moving out efficiently. And after a 20 day Master Cleanse, I'd recommend transitioning back to a full normal diet soon to re-nourish your body adequately. Cleansing can be beneficial, but only in proper balance.

Thank you M C Guide, that is great advise. I will be sure to keep up my hydration and plenty of fruits and vegetables for good fibre and transition back to a complete diet over the next 3 weeks. Many thanks for your guidance. Kdel. |
