Hello all... this is day 7 of my cleanse and I did not drink the salt water flush the first 2 days of the cleanse, instead I chose to do a salt water enema (has anyone ever tried this?) along with smooth move tea for my laxative. It worked quite nicely and I didn't have to endure that awful feeling/taste of drinking it down orally. On the 3rd, 5th, and 7th day I chose to drink the salt water as I didn't want to upset the balance of the regiment to much and pretty much have just been having the watery bowl movements, except for today (the 7th day), I haven't had an elimination at all today and am feeling quite bloated as a result. Can anyone tell me why they think I might not be having an elimination... I feel like I might be doing something wrong.
Oh and what happens of you only use 1.5 teaspoons of salt instead of 1 tablespoon, could that be the problem?
P.S. And btw, I absolutely HATE THE SALT FLUSH part...
It makes me feel like vomiting, even though I'm using the pink Himalayan sea salt, which is NOT cheap by any means...
