Is it normal to feel energetic and happy during the cleanse? (I am on day 4) lol Both of those feelings are NOT at all typical for me on a day to day basis. I normally feel sluggish, tired, depressed, and overall bleh. Prior MC fasts, I've usually been irritable and grumpy. I am finding this all to be so unusual for me. I haven't felt this amazing in years. I have been diagonsed with adrenal fatigue an every day for the past 2 yrs has been a big battle. These feelings are so exciting to me. I never thought I'd feel this great again. |

haha thanks for replying! I've done so many mc fasts and never experienced either before so I was wondering what that was about  Usually I tend to give up due to feeling weak and tired...but this time around it's going really well.

Hey bookworm, were you advised not to fast with AF. I was but I'm doing it anyway. I'm on my 3 MC in 4 years. I havent been able to achieve the high energy since my first MC. I'm still waiting and I'm going on day 8. I dont know if Im currently in AF but I thought it would help it. Most Doctors advise again fasting anyway. I think it is good for you! |
