Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Is it normal to feel energetic and happy during the cleanse? (I am on day 4) lol Both of those feelings are NOT at all typical for me on a day to day basis. I normally feel sluggish, tired, depressed, and overall bleh. Prior MC fasts, I've usually been irritable and grumpy.

I am finding this all to be so unusual for me. I haven't felt this amazing in years. I have been diagonsed with adrenal fatigue an every day for the past 2 yrs has been a big battle.

These feelings are so exciting to me. I never thought I'd feel this great again.

Ha! I get the impression you don't really need much of an answer. Congratulations on uncovering those buried feelings! And yes, they are normal for a human. You may unearth all sorts of feelings during the Master Cleanse, including pleasant ones.

I've done so many mc fasts and never experienced either before so I was wondering what that was about Usually I tend to give up due to feeling weak and tired...but this time around it's going really well.

Hey bookworm, were you advised not to fast with AF. I was but I'm doing it anyway. I'm on my 3 MC in 4 years. I havent been able to achieve the high energy since my first MC. I'm still waiting and I'm going on day 8. I dont know if Im currently in AF but I thought it would help it. Most Doctors advise again fasting anyway. I think it is good for you!
