Hey Y'all!
Tomorrow will be day 1 for me! I'm looking for someone that I'm able to share my experience with to help to keep me in check. I plan to stay on the detox for 30 days! In addition to losing weight which is very much my motivation to complete the detox I REALLY need to change my eating habits. I'm really considering becoming vegan. I have a friend that was on serious medication for high blood pressure and diabetes. After being a vegan for 6 months he is NO LONGER on any medication!
I've gained weight over the past year. I'm not as active as I used to be and can no longer fit into my clothes. I feel like a stranger to my body so I'm hoping the MC whip me back into shape physically but also change my diet and overall lifestyle.
I need the support because food = my weakness!
