Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi. Um. I'm a 25 year old male and I just feel like I don't know what to do to get healthy anymore.
I ate shit processed food for all 25 years and lived under total stress for all 25. I have had chronic acne ever sinceI was a kid and I'm starting to notice blue veins everywhere and hard tissue everywhere. I had a time in my life where I couldn't swallow as well and can still notice it with terrible digestion. I'm white and I just see red everywhere. My joints, my chest, my face. I can't do this anymore. I want to feel healthy.

I know my willpower is strong and if I should just drink as much as possible, I could def hang with that. Thanks

You're welcome. The rule of thumb I'd suggest is to drink enough so that you're never hungry. If you're hungry, you haven't drank enough. So for most adults that would mean 12 to 22 cups of the lemonade per day.

Not only are you more comfortable not being hungry, but by drinking more of the lemonade you boost the detoxification process.
