Hi all, I'm on day 4 and had a weak moment last night and cheated. I know it's because i didn't drink enough lemonade yesterday but i find it hard to consume so much of it some days. Anyway, back on track today, but worried i may get another pang of weakness. That jar of nutella is in the kitchen cupboard calling out to me! Some words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated if anyone is cleansing at the same time... Also, i'm due to go to wedding next week and wondered how many days beforehand i should come off it before i can eat a meal like that with meat etc. I really don't want to mess my tummy up by thinking i can eat normally too quickly. As just a general suggestion, if you've been on the Master Cleanse for one to two weeks you may want to give your body at least four days of transitioning back to a normal diet. And remember probiotics are essential during that transition. |
