Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi all

I have done the MC previously in my life about 4 times with incredible results. The first time it cleared up my asthma so good that I no longer require a rescue inhaler!

So now i am about 10-15lb heavier than my ideal weight and need to cleanse but I live in a house with little support - they don't believe in it, think it's unhealthy (did I mention it cured my asthma!) etc...

Is anyone planning on starting next week? I could use some support as i have tried a couple times with no success and would like to succeed this time.

I completely understand where your coming from. I've attempted to start this a few times and have been unsuccessful staying on track. I totally need a buddy to keep me on track and stay motivated.

Like you I am trying to lose some pounds. My ideal would be 20, but I would be happy with anything above 10:)

I've done this once before successfully and it was worth it. Unfortunately I've gained it back. I am determined to lose it before the new year so that I can start the year off right. I'm trying to avoid the cliche of a "losing weight" as a New Years resolution.

Like you , I don't have many people that are encouraging of this. They think it's just kind of starvation. From previous experience, I can honestly say I wasn't hungry, I just craved carbs.

They say kicking carbs is harder than kicking cocaine...i have a new appreciation for recovering drug addicts:)

I won't be starting the cleanse anytime soon but I wanted to give you a little encouragement.

I'm also doing the MC for about another 3 weeks. Feel free to reach out to me - it is great to have a group of supporters while cleansing.

Stay true to what you know is good for your health, not what anyone else tries to tell you is best for yourself. It's awesome that you have been already able to improve your health with the cleanse! Keep up the good work.
