Best thing about the master cleanse - you see results - that's why i've done it a few times in the past. so not my first merry go round. i'm on day 6 this time i've gone down from 143lbs to 138lbs and today i was expecting to see 137lbs nope.. still 138 and i'm not happy i'm planning to keep going on this as long as i need to to get to the weight i want to be - 120lbs but if it's not working... any other reasons for the sudden stall? it's so demotivating |

It's really frustrating at times, and can piss ya off for sure. But the journey from 140's to 120's is in my experience not a steady loss. I mean, I try to just not weigh in. But I know many people find that scale to be a major motivational tool. Hope you did well overall. I have even seen the scale go up on the cleanse now and again. Like one pound up and then three days later 2-3 pounds down. Seemed very random. |
