I know. We could do it if it weren't for them...But seriously...if you're committed I hear the recovery makes allllll the difference. |

DON"T forget your probiotics! I don't have one to recommend yet, but both types w/ counts over 5 billion and w/ FOS seems to be the way to go. Congratulations! |

we didn't do sushi! instead we went to souplantation. luckily for me they had veggie soup! bland... but i guess that's how i was supposed to make it? unfortunately, no variety in fruit... with the ice and snow killing the california fruit crop... fruit has been very limited around here. I felt fine after eating. although, i had a BM almost as soon as i finished eating. guess it was easily digested considering there's nothing in there huh? btw, pan's labyrinth is a great movie! |
