Hello, I am on my 3rd day and have woken up with a neck ache. But think it is from no SWF.I am doing my first one this afternoon.I am rural and thought i had sea salt, but.. so anyway feel great otherwise and love all the info on this site. Thanks. My original reality was 5 days now I am psyched for 10 from this forum.

Alot of people seem to experience these headaches around this time...it's a sign of detoxing..you will feel better after a bm, or a sleep...if not then for sure by tomorrow!!
Just take it easy for now and know how good it will be in the long run!

I am so commited to this. But every once in a while a little doubt creeps up. Is that the toxicity talkin? Iti s freaky I know how good this is for my body as well as my spirit. Anyone ever get that little fear or doubt? i just push it away. Strange though. later...
