My husband and I are on day 6. Its been a big help to be able to read what everyone has wrote. I am so glad this group is here.
I don't know how long we will go. Our goal was to do the 10 days. Its looks like we might make it, but I am wanting to make some veggie soup really bad. Just the broth is sounding good. Its been a tough day.
On the good side of it, what we both are so excited about how good our joints are feeling. I have problems in my hands and hips and I've been painfree for days. My husband has a lot of congestion and since he started on the MC he has cleared right up.
Just wanted to put my 2cents in and hopefully help someone else as I have been.
