Anyone starting their cleanse today? :roll:

I'm doing MC to be healthy and to lose weight and get on a healthier eating track. I'm going to try my hardest to make it to 14 days, if I can

I wish you well on your cleanse. I plan to start on Saturday and go for 10 days. Maybe longer.

hey i started on March 1st as well... and omg yesterday was the hardest... today seems a bit easier but still a lil tough.... hang in there... im gonna try for 30 days... we'll see tho... :lol:

I wish I could've made it past even the 1st day. :cry:

Unfortuantely, nausea, headache and no mental clarity got the best of me. I give all of you ALL THE CREDIT IN THE WORD for making it past your first days and even going on through weeks of fasting.

I'm unfortunately not that strong. Good luck everyone!

aw... dont give up... i had to start twice... the first time was hard.. the second time was hell... im just on my 2nd day and i feel a lot mor focused on the goals now... but yeah... keep tryin lisa...
