How important is the laxative tea and the SWF to the diet?

I'm just wondering how important the tea/SWF is to the diet..........I have another book on fasting and it has the exact recipe for the lemonade; however, it mentions nothing about tea or salt water......please advise, I am looking to start on Friday. Thanks!

I think it is crucial to the cleanse because that is what helps the body remove the waste that is stored in the body. The cayenne pepper and the lemon work to loosen the impacted fecal matter from the walls of the intestines and the tea flushes. I did the fast for 10 days and I couldn't imagine doing it without the tea. The SWF is much more effective, but due to my work schedule, I didn't have the time needed to do it, as it takes me several hours after I do it for it to run its course.

Did you always have the tea at night? And did you get the brand SmoothMove that seems to be the most popular one? Thanks for your help!

Yes, I did the tea morning and night and it was the smooth move brand. On the weekends I did the SWF.
