i have 2 small children who are sick and hadn't planned on going out in the morning tomorrow but I have the water,lemon and cayenne here. I also have all natural molasses by brer rabbit. Is this ok to use? also, I plan on buying the smooth moves tea asap..if i do..can I use this both at night and in the morning rather than the salt water flush? also, can someone read my recipe and make sure Im right.. I am so sick of being so tired and uncomfortable all the time..i am praying this helps..
my recipe
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (molasses?)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/10 cayenne pepper
12 oz warm water

and its 6-12 a day?? plus tea or swf morning and night..anythign im forgetting? thanks sooooo much

I drink 60 oz. a day...one 30 oz. bottle in the morning and another in the afternoon. I dont drink it all at once, but sip it throughout the day. I went everywhere looking for the organic maple syrup and its kind of expensive. I personally think the molasses is ok if it is all natural...is it sorghum? I would think that would be best. GOOD LUCK! Im starting day 4 tomorrow and am doing really well...tho I cant stand the salt water...so I m switching to 2 lax teas for a couple of days to see how that works,

According to the book:

2 tablespoons of maple syrup (molasses?)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Put these in a glass and then fill with warm water to 10oz (bokk syas OK to use cold water)

The book says minimum is 10 days.
