Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

This is my first time doing the master cleanse. My weight does definitely fluctuate throughout the day, but according to the first morning weigh in I have lost 5 lbs. I feel pretty puffy around my tummy area but my face seems to have slimmed down a bit. My husband is doing this with me too, and we were tempted to quit yesterday. I know that this is the time that my organs and cells are really getting cleaned out, so I am holding on. I went to spinning today and that helped alot. I sweated like crazy! I also felt the cayenne in my stomach both times I went to spin on the MC. Should my last lemonade before spin be without cayenne? I would be willing to step up the amount in my other glasses of LA.
