Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I just wanted to give a little encouragement to those who are not loosing much weight on this cleanse. I have a one year old, and I wanted to do the LA diet to cleanse, and shed a few leftover baby pounds. I eat a veg diet, so I am in pretty good general health. I am on day 12, and I have lost 10lbs. I was getting very stressed because my hubby did the cleanse not long ago, and among all of the other wonderful benefits lost 27lbs. He keeps telling me how much healthier I look, and not to worry about the weight, but of course I am glued to the scale. I recently was measured for a bridesmaid gown so I have my precleanse size. Today I measured again, and I have lost 3 in.in my hips, and 2.5 in. in my waist. That is I think a great amount of reduction. Anyway, so if you are not loosing weight, try taking your measurements before and after. This is a much healthier way to veiw your newly cleased body!!!!
