Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hello! i am a newcomer and i am looking to start the cleanse. However, i have no choice with my schedule to do the cleanse while i am at work. I have heard from other people that it can be VERY unpleasant at work, can anyone give me more information on this? i have a long commute - and i am worried about this.

I have not been unpleasant at work. I take my lemonade in a lunch bag and no one knows what I am doing. If someone offers me something I say no thank you. I also walk during lunch. I am on my 8th and feel better than I have felt in 12 years. You can do it!

I finished day 10 of my first MC yesterday and felt better than I have in YEARS! My blood pressure was lowered for the first time in 6 years and my energy level was amazing (you should see how clena my house got!). I had no trouble doing the MC at work. The only thing I would suggest is to DEFINITELY get up and do the saltwater flushes (or lax tea, whichever you choose) EARLY, not on your way out the door for work. These are probably what you've heard people talk about as being a bit unpleasant. And it's really not 'unpleasant' unless you are in pulic or a restroom is unavailable :-)

Dear NEW - If your job is physically strenuous, I would suggest packing up WAY more lemonade than the book suggests. I take to work with me 6 24oz bottles of lemonade, although I never finish all of the bottles. It helps me to know that if I was to get hungry or feel weak, then I have relief waiting for me in the mini-fridge!

Also, I find that most of my movements are in the morning, pretty much 1 hour after the salt wash or tea. I would suggest getting up a little earlier and do your business before you start your...well...business.
