I did a cleanse in Feb. without exercising and now I joined the gym and am on my 6th day of a cleanse with going to the gym - doing classes and treadmill. I feel good and notice a big difference in my body already. I haven't been weak and have even been pushing myself some during my workouts. Yesterday I really wanted to take a nap but went to the gym instead and it was great. I think it gives me more energy...... for me the cleanse is even better this time because of the added exercise. (kinda scary going to the gym again - the first time I've done abs since my 1st baby was born 5 years ago!)
