I felt good till day 8, then, my blood pressure dropped really low. maybe i didn't drink enough in the day (i drank 1.5 litres during the day). This happened to me last year when i did a 7 day juice fast. I thought this might be different, but obviously not. so I started oj the afternoon of day 8, drank it all day 9 until the evening i had veggie soup broth and a few veggies. I also got my Moon (menstruation) a week and a half early! I've been regular on the full moon for over a year and now my system is out of sorts... anyways, i don't think fasting more than 3-4 days is good for me...i am a very healthy person so I shall listen to my instincts from now on ...
