Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hey all,

Just started what I plan on being a 10-day cleanse (currently on day 3). Just a couple questions:

1) I figure I am drinking about about a cup of maple syrup a day - does that sound about right? Seems like a lot to me

2) I read on a nother site that mint tea can also be consumed during the cleanse. Not as a replacement to the lax tea, just in addition. Would mint tea be okay, and if so, what kind? I doubt tetley's would be all natural.

I bought Celestial Seasonings Mint Green Tea at the health food store.

I am on day 2 and have a question as well.
Tuesday was day 1. This is the middle of Wednesday now and Monday's dinner has still not come out.

I drank the smooth move last night and this morning and drank the swf. Still nothing. Any suggestions?

I've found myself reaching into the chip bag a few times, and then having to pull my hand away! I know what you mean about the cravings.
Also the emotions are definatley a little on the fritz. I have two little boys at home and I've been quite short with them lately. Mostly just because I don't have the energy to argue. I think my boyfriend take the brunt of it all though.
I would really say the thing I hate the most about the MC, is that I feel so BORED. Bored with LA, and bored of not CHEWING anything, or tasting anything. I really miss my afternoon coffee and cookie habit. BUT I know in the end it's all going to be SO worth it. I'm on day 3 and going for 14!!

hey i completed day 4 today ... it was a hard one... i too miss the habit of chewing and tasting good food... but i'm not hungry ...i'm going to try and play ball hockey tomorrow night we'll see how that works out... not very energetic in the evenings and it's a late game.... wish me luck
