Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Okay, so I wrote out my whole speel about my starting tomorrow morning... and I realized I was in the wrong section and then I got out and everything I wrote is GONE. Ugh... oh well. If you find it somewhere, let me know!!!

I'm terrified, I'm starting tomorrow, on the National Day of Prayer. I am doing this cleanse for a number of reasons... mostly because I am COMPLETELY addcited to food. I tried MC a number of years ago after reading SB's book, but I know that I did not drink/eliminate enough and I thought I was going to die. I knew it was the toxins, but I quit anyway and never returned. I am super exited now though and also scared. I'm getting ready to drink my tea. "Smooth move" or whatever funny name it has.

Anyways, I wanted to get on here before things start sucking and before my writing is completely incoherent. It's funny when people post on days 2 or 3, there's usually parts that aren't quite right. Ugh, I'm not looking forward to that... but I know that these TOXINS must get out. Thanks for those of you that have very wise pointers posted that encourage me and everyone else to keep going (even though I haven't actually started, I know I will think of them and come back and read them).

If there is anyone else that is starting on National Day of Prayer (May 3), let me know and we can cheer each other on. Anyone else starting around now or getting to the part where you feel better, please respond! I'll need to hear that it gets better!!!
