Hi there. This is my second time doing the cleanse and I am on day 4. I have noticed some not so great stuff. Maybe it's my body expelling the bad toxins and they come out in not so pretty ways. So i just wanted to give some people a heads up...
Okay# 1
Sleep is not the best. I have intense dreams and wake up very easily.

I have had emotional break downs on both my cleanses. I understand why.. but it still makes it hard.

Coldsores!
I never get them anymore...till now. I have had them on both cleanses. The 1st one was tiny and healed quickly. the second one is huge and not healing quickly

I breakout on my forehead... very sad.

My sense of smell is totally intense... not in a good way. I don't enjoy smelling the kitty litter all over the house.

okay, time for poo talk. If i can call it that, since it's more like pee squirting out of my bum
On the first cleanse my poo was almost florecent yellow throughout.
but this time its more water color or black... very black and slimy. I know, totally gross but i feel a need to share the nasty details in hopes of helping someone.
Anyhoo
so tha's about all the bad thus far

After the cleanse eating is so great... But it's reallly hard to not eat everything you want. I especially had a hard time with this and eased in one day and then was back to normal. My body responded well and i havn't gained any of the weight back

My bowel movements after my first cleanse were beautiful( i know pretty weird thing to say) But it's true. The walls of my bum area seem cleaner cause i can really feel the poo coming out. And the beast part was that i would have 2 to 3 bm a day... to my usual 1.

my skin cleared up after i was finished and i didn't look as tired anymore.

Probably the best thing about after the cleanse was the fact that i wasn't on it anymore. I felt happier, giddier, sillier and had was more energy again. It was great!
So thats that.
So now i just need to remember all the good and keep on truckin.
