I forgot to tell you one of the most important things.

The salt and water do not separate.
The salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt.

That is straight from the book, The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs.

I notice my weight really starts dropping after the the 4th day when I do the cleanse.
If you want to keep the weight off , you have to eat healthy and get exercise consistantly.
