Ady one more time sharing with all of you. I am in 15th day and the last two days have been great days, Thank God. Well, today I went Whole Foods because I only had two more days of tea then while in the health food store I purchased two books that probably some of you would be interested in the names of them. One of the book is called The Wheatgrass Book, I got this book because I am planing to grow my own wheatgrass, Shiva I will need your advice on this. The second book is called Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 people. While I was at Whole Foods, I ask for a shot of fresh wheatgrass, but the machine broke down then I was talking to the lady in charge of that area, and I asked her if the store sold the wheatgrass seeds, and she said not then she gave me the phone number from the place, which is Thousand Oak, CA. The name and phone number is: Kowalke Family Sprouts "Wheatgrass" (310)636-1924. Another thing I want to share, specially for those struggling with SWF, is for the last three days I have been using a new sea salt that the taste is less stronger than that salt I was using before, the package is little more expensive and it has less salt than the package I was using. Also, I have notice that while doing the SWF with this new salt, I start doing my elimination within a half and hour with the other salt my eliminations used to start within one to two hours. The brand of the salt is Le Tresor and big yellow letters says SEL GRIS FINE DE GUERANDE. I recommend this salt is good for SWF. I wish all of you have a nice weekend.

P.S Since using this salt I have lost more weight probably this salt doesn't make me to retain water. Another thing, from my first cleansing and this one, in total I have lost 18 pounds.
