What should I do??

Okay so I've been on the MC for 8 days, the first 3-4 days I did great, NO CHEATING! However, day 5,6,etc, I had some low sodium ritz crackers. I havent eaten a meal or anything, but the frequency of me eating the crackers has increased. My question is what should I do? Should I start all over with day #1 or keep going? I had intended to do 21 days... I really would appericate any suggestions!!!!!!!

Don't stop! I think you shoud continue like nothing has happened, but I also think that for each day you have cheated you should increment one more day to your 21 days. This is my opinion.

Thanks! I'm going to give it my best shot again today, I'll just take one day at a time

Exactly! It is the best thing to do--to take one day at a time. When you take one day at a time it is easier and this concept will work for anyone doing the MC. Just try not to get close to food and drink more lemonade when you are hungry.
