:D Jist thinking about no food for 10 days left me skeptical. Just how was I going to stay away from my chocolate, meats, waffle house and mcdonalds. well i have done it now with out temptation. i have taken lots of other things ( diet pills ) and nothing really worked. I heard about this diet from a show on E, the show was showing amazing make oevers. Robin Quivers was the one but they didnt say how she lost it. so i got on the net to find out what i could about it. so glad i did. i just want to loose about 15 lbs, love handles, stomach and double chin. i have had no cravings for the old foods that i just had to have even if i wasnt hungry. i am now gathering info on a vegitarian diet. i will report back after the 10th day to let you know how much i have lost and how i feel |
