Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

My name is Yusi and I wanted to know who is about to start doing the MC.

I heard about it from my co-worker but, she never finshined it because she couldn't handle all the discounfert and she told me that I shoudln't do it cause it's no good. Then my cousin started doing the MC and just today she was feeling so bad she almost faited and threw up I don't think she is doing the MC right I don't know if that is suppose to happen but I'm a little scared about starting it.. what do you guys suggest. Do I have to prepare my body for this type of Cleanse or do you just start the fasting with the lemonade and SWF.. Please help!!!!

I suggest you read the book before you make any firm decisions. At least that way you really know what you are doing. Just search the forum, you should find a free copy to download.

I actually already ordered the book... and I will read it before starting this clease. But I've been reading all the information in this forum and its really helpful to know allot of people recomend this cleanse. I have you done the cleanse.
