Good Morning Everyone, I've made it to Day 5. I'm feeling pretty good. To be honest so far I have not had many detox symptoms like my 1st MC. I have been drinking about 5 LA's a day. And I have my 2.2 Liter of water Jug that I carry with me all the time. I've had mild symptoms like, scratchy throat, stuffy nose and feeling extremely tired on day 3 but other than that no big symptoms. Is this normal?
My hunger has subsided and i find myself getting bored and just wanting to eat just to taste something. lol. But I've been sticking to my guns. I did the SWF this morning and almost vomited. I swear that is by far the worst part of the cleanse for me. I can deal with the Lemonade and even the cayenne pepper, but the SWF I have to force myself to chug it down. I wanted to go to the gym this morning but I kept going to the bathroom after the SWF that time ran out and I had to get ready for work.
So i'll hit the gym tomorrow.
I was thinking of finishing the MC and then transitioning into a juice fast for about another week..and then back into foods. Any ideas on this?
