I have obviously deprived my body of protein the past two weeks and would like to give it some as soon as possible after finishing my MC on friday. I was planning to introduce it in the form of a protein powder mixed with water but I'm unsure how long to wait prior to introduction. Ideally I'd like to be able to introduce it 1-2 days after I get off the MC. Anyone have thoughts or experiences with this. I did the mc for 11 days in case that info is necessary for your advice. Thanks
